If you can and want to change things in your life, do it. But things that you’re not able to change, learn to let go.

Let go of people who are holding you down. If you consider them, you already know who these people are.

Sing along to your favourite song and dance as you go.

Go for a run or a walk. A nice, long one. Do it till you feel good.

Call or text someone you love. It will make your day better.

Smile at a stranger. It will make both of you smile.

Send an anonymous compliment.

Write down everything you don’t like about yourself. Then burn it.

Watch your favourite movie or TV show.

Realize that you are your own biggest critic. People do not see the faults in yourself that you do. To realize that they are not faults, not imperfections. They make you, you.
